Japygid Cave Dipluran photographed in the Ozarks of Oklahoma. This cave-dwelling species is flightless and blind with bead-like antennae. Diplura broke away from the lineage of animals that gave rise to insects before insects evolved. Duncan Field Cave System, Adair County, Oklahoma.
