Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

The fruit fly, Drosophila, is one of the most valuable of organisms in biological research, particularly in genetics and developmental biology. Part of the reason scientists use drosophila is historical, so much is already known about it that it is easy to handle and well-understood. Part of it is also practical it's a small animal, with a short life cycle of just two weeks, and is cheap and easy to keep large numbers. Mutant flies, with defects in any of several thousand genes are available, and the entire genome has been sequenced.
