This lateral cerebral angiographic image shows a large amount of mass effect. There is prominent suprasylvian mass effect with spreading and stretching of frontal and parietal opercular branches secondary to a large intracranial meningioma (a type of brain tumor). The meningioma is not visualized directly because it receives its blood supply primarily from the external carotid artery.
