Description
Deep Sea Scallop (Placopecten magellanicus) shells washed into a cove on grand Manan Island off the coast of New Brunswick. The shells are left over after the meat from the shellfish has been collected. Highly prized as food, scallops are harvested by fishermen with boats and nets and deep sea divers.
