Dried shark fins and other products for sale in Chinatown, NY. The fins are used to make shark's fin soup, considered a delicacy for special occasions. New York state passed a bill making the sale of shark fins illegal starting in July 2014, but the practice of killing sharks only for their fin is still widespread in Asia.
