Tui na focuses on pushing, stretching, and kneading muscles, and Zhi Ya focuses on pinching and pressing at acupressure points. Technique such as friction and vibration are used as well. The ancient Chinese medical text, Huangdi Neijing, has been consulted for more than two millennia. It was written by the Yellow Emperor.
