Tramacet tablets. Tramacet is a combination of 37.5 mg tramadol hydrochloride and 325 mg paracetamol in film-coated tablets. It is used to treat moderate to severe pain. This drug should be taken for the shortest time possible, no longer than the doctor prescribes. The time between doses must be at least 6 hours. Increased intervals between the doses may apply to patients older than 75 years, patients with kidney problems, and patients with liver problems. Tramadol is a centrally acting synthetic opioid analgesic. It has a wide range of applications, including treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, restless legs syndrome, motor neurone disease, and fibromyalgia. Tramadol is regularly used in the form of an ingredient in multi-agent topical gels, creams, and solutions for nerve pain, rectal foam, concentrated retention enema, and a skin plaster (transdermal patch) quite similar to those used with lidocaine.
