Product Details

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Artist's Description

Feces consist of digested food residues and a large proportion of a variety of microorganisms, mostly bacteria, which are well adapted to life in the intestines. Mutation into toxigenic bacteria has produced very severe health hazards when common inhabitants of the intestines developed into dangerous pathogens, e.g. Escherichia coli O157H7. Images of the bacteria by enhanced SEM should remind the viewers that fecal matters may be dangerous and that hygienic rules should strictly be adhered to. Enhanced SEM. Image width 14.2 micrometers; magnification 7040x if the image is printed 10 cm wide.
