Description
Spider's web. View of a spider's web with droplets of dew hanging from the threads. Spiders spin webs from silk they produce in special glands in their abdomens. The webs serve to trap and entangle flying insects such as flies and butterflies, which are then paralyzed by the spider's bite, wrapped in silk, and eaten at the spider's leisure.
