Description
Adult Red-Tailed Flesh Fly (Sarcophaga haemorrhoidalis) Depending upon the depth of burial, female flesh flies may deposit eggs on the substrate above a buried corpse and the larvae will burrow down through the soil to infest the body. Attracted to excrement and carrion.
