Description
Channel catfish (Ictalurus punctatus) at a geothermal heated fish farm in southern Idaho. The channel cat is North America's most numerous catfish species. They are the most fished catfish species in the United States. They have a fine white meat and sweet flavor, which has made them a popular and rapidly growing aquaculture species.
