Negatively-stained transmission electron micrograph (TEM) r of numerous intracellular Group C RNA tumor virus particles inside central nervous system tissue specimen. The RNA tumor virus is a member of family Oncovirinae, and are linked to the initiation of tumors, otherwise known as "oncogenesis". Based upon virion morphology, and host range, Oncovirinae members are further classified into four groups A, B, C, and D.
