Artist's Description

DOT1L (right) methylates a ubiquitinated nucleosome. DNA methyl transferase I (mid) transfers a methyl group from S-adenosyl methionine (red) mostly to cytosine bases of the human DNA. Two ubiquitin molecules (light blue, right) binding to a nucleosome.
