On the right are Lepidodendron and Sigillaria trees, with an arborescent fern rising between them. On the left are another Sigillaria, a Sphenophyllum and a conifer. Other visible plants are Calamites, Asterophyllites and herbaceous ferns. A few fish and the primitive amphibian Archegosaurus are in the water.
