Description
On February 3, 1896, Professor Edwin B. Frost of Dartmouth College, left, timed the exposure of the fractured arm of a young male patient , while Dr. Gilman Frost, standing, directed, and Mrs. Frost watched. This was one of the first uses of x-rays for a medical problem in America.
