Description
The right half of a retail chicken was placed in a pan to be roasted. Seven minutes later the chicken was basted and sprinkled with herbs, as shown in this image. It was then roasted at 400°F (200°C) under a cover of aluminum foil for 68 minutes. The cover was removed, the chicken photographed and roasted without cover for another 40 min.
