Description

An improved swimming apparatus permitting the user to achieve speed of between 4 and 6 miles peers hour, according to American inventor, William Richardson. By means of a central, longitudinal shaft, the cranking movements of hands and feet are transferred to a four-bladed propeller allowing the swimmer to proceed rapidly and easily.
